HOME WATCH

HOW OFTEN DO I NEED A HOME WATCH VISIT?

We recommend weekly visits to maintain your home. We all know “things happen” there is a lot of what ifs when it comes to leaving your home unattended in Florida during our summer. Keep your insurance company policy handy to reference when choosing a plan.

will you visit the home when contractors visit?

YES. We are here for you! Its not always easy to feel comfortable with contractors for A/C or pest control visiting your home while your away. We are happy to plan visits while these services are being performed, to give you an extra peace of mind.

what happens if there is an issue at the home?

Depending on the situation. We will immediately take the appropriate action, whether that means calling the police first, or calling you to make you aware of what has taken place and what plan of actions is needed. We will make calls on your behalf if outside vendors are needed.

what is this black stuff in shower and faucets?

Living in Florida has many PROs, however, the humidity and hard water can cause many unwanted growths or build-ups. This may be hard water build up or mold. The best course of action is to have it evaluated and treated immediately to prevent further build up.

do i need my oven cleaned?

In my experience ovens harbor more odor then inside a dirty sink. Many odors in our kitchen come from the side and underneath our stoves/ovens. With quarterly cleanings this will help your home remain free of “food” smells. That is why all our packages recommend this add on.

will you re-organize my home?

The answer is GLADLY. I love to re-organize and freshen up the visuals of homes. With a plan in place, I will map and organize any area to ensure functionality and maximization of space.
